1. Can I schedule a weekend cleaning?

Yes. You can schedule a weekend cleaning on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. or Sundays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. There is an extra $50 charge to schedule a cleaning for each of these days.

2. What should I do before the cleaners arive?
  • We require that you “pick up” This will allow the cleaners easy access to the areas/surfaces to be cleaned: floors, countertops, table tops, etc. and removing dirty dishes from kitchen sinks (unless you would like to add dishes loaded at an additional cost)
3. Will the same cleaning technician come every time?
  • We will always try to schedule the same person for your home each and every time. However there will be times when they are sick or unable to clean on your scheduled day and at that time we will have to assign another person for your home.
4. How do you make sure we are getting a cleaner that I can trust?

We have several ways to make sure the Cleaning Technicians are
positive, trustworthy & awesome cleaners.

1. Our employment process is involved and thorough, requiring a great deal from our applicants. This weeds out those who don’t want to clean, early in the hiring phase.

2. We only hire highly qualified cleaners who have a great employment history & require them to have previous clients who we interview to verify the quality of the applicant’s work, attitude & punctuality.

3. All our Cleaning Technicians have passed a national background check, as well as an additional aptitude tests to determine if they are a good fit for Greatest Of All Time Cleaning Services & our Clients.

4. Our rating system filters out those who do not live up to our quality standards. After each cleaning you will be sent a simple survey. Positive survey responses can dictate a performance bonus while negative responses can result in probation and even termination.

5. Does someone have to be home for my cleaning?

As long as we have access to your home no one needs to be there during your cleaning. Most of our recurring clients leave a key hidden, the door unlocked, have a family member let us in, or grants access through a garage code. For our first time cleans we suggest being home because this helps develop a personable relationship with your technicians and an opportunity to point out your highest priority areas.

6. What items do you not clean?
  • ○ Laundry

    ○ Professional carpet cleaning
    ○ Hardwood stripping or polishing, we only mop flooring

    ○ Any areas higher than our technicians can reach safely
7. Are you pet friendly?
  • We ask that you keep your pet in a safe locked room/area. This ensures
    that we are efficient with our cleaning and we can quickly get out of your
8. What if I'm not satisfied with my clean?
  • In the unlikely event that you aren’t satisfied with the clean, we will send
    someone out within the next 24 hours to help satisfy you. After 24 hours
    your complaints will come at a cost.
9. When will I be charged?
  • Your card on file will have a pre-authorization hold before your cleaning and you will see this on your statement as PENDING. You will be charged immediately after your cleaning is completed that day.
10. What if something breaks?
  • It is rare that accidents happen but we are human and never claim to be
    perfect. We promise to never hide it from you and we immediately fill out a damage report to document the incident and address it with you
    immediately to make it right. We will make every effort to make it right. We
    do recommend placing sentimental items and breakables in safe areas
    where they are not easily bumped but we understand that this is not
    always feasible.
11. Cancellations, reschedules, and refunds

We do not provide refunds. Our technicians are compensated for their hard work and time.

1. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we guarantee our work and will come back to make it right. (See question 7.)

2. If you cancel before 48 hours, you will not be charged.

3. If you cancel after 48 hours of your booking, you will be charged a $65 cancellation charge to ensure that our technicians are compensated for their loss of work.

4. If you cancel within 24 hours, it is a non refundable full charge.

5. If we arrive at your home and we are unable to access your home as
instructed, we will make every effort to contact you and wait for 15 minutes.

6. If we are still unable to access the property, we will process a non
refundable full charge.
